Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Dynamics 365 F&O. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, and strategic partnerships. Own the end-to-end sales cycle including qualification, solution alignment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft, implementation partners, and clients to drive joint opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, solution architects, and delivery teams to align go-to-market messaging and customer solutions. Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting via CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Sales, Salesforce). Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitive positioning within the ERP landscape. Qualifications 8 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or comparable ERP platforms. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales quotas. Deep understanding of ERP sales cycles, particularly in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or finance sectors. Strong executive presence and experience engaging with C-level decision-makers. Familiarity with Microsoft partner ecosystem and co-sell motions.
