Equipment Sales Ltd. offers a vast range of products that specialize in abrasives, cutting tools, health and safety equipment, pneumatic tools and accessories, measuring tools, machine tool accessories and more. At A.C.T. we are looking to add to our growing AIMS (A.C.T. Inventory Management Systems) Support team. In this position, your primary role is to work collaboratively with co-workers, customers and suppliers to provide technical support for installing, training and support for our AIMS systems.We will provide the training you need to effectively & efficiently support these systems.We are looking for someone who is patient, detail-oriented, confident troubleshooting issues using the appropriate methods & tools, and is committed to providing a superior experience for our customers.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide application support to co-workers and customers.Demo AIMs software in person and/or remotely when required.Upload customer specific pricing, images, and updates related to specific AIMS customers.Install, train and support all AIMS systems (including AIMS hardware & software) according to established policies and procedures.Service customer AIMS systems (including AIMS hardware & software) remotely and/or onsite at the customers facility when required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are requiredFrequent overnight travel required, primarily within Canada.Must carry a valid Class 5 BC Drivers License Must have a personal vehicle to travel to customer sitesProficient use of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of products.Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skillsCustomer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused companyMust have the ability to establish rapport with customers and coworkersAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAbility to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goalsTHE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL:Have technological adeptnessBe a self-starter that demonstrates excellent time and task prioritization.2+ years of experience with Customer Service This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
