HVAC Sales Enablement ManagerHVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIREDFull time onsite positionKey Responsibilities:Support the growth of the residential and light commercial HVAC business in Canada.Help exceed sales targets through strong support and customer service.Assist the Sales Director with operations, reporting, CRM updates, and admin tasks.Prepare presentations, manage DocuSign, and maintain accurate records across platforms like Salesforce and SAP.Coordinate marketing initiatives, trade shows, and events.Support project tracking, forecasting, and the development of sales processes and manuals.Engage in industry networking, training sessions, and promotional activities.Requirements:College/university education.Background in marketing, sales support, or data analysis is an asset.YOU MUST HAVE HVAC EXPERIENCE.Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; Salesforce knowledge is an asset.Bilingual (French & English) and graphic design experience are assets.Willingness to travel occasionally.
