A leading Global Beauty Group is looking for a Retail Sales Executive for the British Columbia region in Canada. This person is responsible for the execution and achievement of a profitable store level retail sales plan (Sell out) within the assigned territory. This person will proactively work with the key stakeholders at store level to develop strong retailer relationships, ensure excellence in program execution, and negotiate future store level business opportunities.KEY RESPONSIBILITY:Sales & Territory GrowthMaximize sell-out performance by identifying opportunities, executing business plans, and leading quarterly retail reviews. Deliver on sales targets through effective territory management.Retail Execution & Store SupportEnsure optimal product flow and address in-store challenges with actionable solutions. Support Beauty Advisor recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance tracking.Event Activation & ROI TrackingLead impactful in-store events and product launches. Own event planning, execution, and post-event analysis to ensure strong brand visibility and return on investment.Marketing & Visual MerchandisingExecute brand campaigns and seasonal strategies. Secure premium visual placements and merchandising execution aligned with brand guidelines.Training & EducationEmpower retail teams with product knowledge and selling techniques. Deliver regular training sessions and support national training programs to drive retail excellence.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Minimum 3-5 years of previous field sales experience in Prestige Beauty & Cosmetics and/or luxury goods.Experience and understanding of major retailers in Canada,Strong computer skills including Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook and PowerPointability to analyze sales results, future sales options, promotional results and in-store team performanceStrong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
