With deep expertise across cloud, data, and AI, we empower organizations to transform their technology landscapes.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Account Executive (SAE) to drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth across enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and discovery to closing complex software services deals. This is a quota-carrying role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a consultative, value-driven sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accountsDrive strategic account development and build long-term client relationshipsCollaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft tailored solutionsManage the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, proposal creation, pricing, negotiation, and closingOwn forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Represent Celestial Systems at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagementsStay current on industry trends in cloud, data, AI, and application modernizationQualifications58+ years of B2B sales experience in a software services or consulting environmentProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise-level salesStrong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku), and modern software developmentExperience selling to technical and business stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data/Engineering)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree required; MBA or technical background a plusNice to HaveExperience working with Microsoft, Dataiku, or Snowflake ecosystemsBackground in selling modernization, data & AI, or platform engineering servicesFamiliarity with account-based selling or strategic enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)Why Join Us?Work with an ambitious, growing team tackling cutting-edge enterprise challengesCollaborate closely with top-tier technology partnersCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesOpportunity to shape and grow strategic accounts from the ground up
