They are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, reliable person to join their dynamic inside/outside sales team. They are committed to provide top notch service and products to their clients in the heavy equipment sector.The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding their client base, with a focus on both rental and sales of heavy equipment. This role involves developing relationships with existing clients, prospecting new business opportunities, and effectively promoting their products and services.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong, lost lasting client relationships.Identify and prospect new clients for heavy equipment rentals and sales.Conduct regular outreach and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover new sales opportunities.Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and meet sales targets.Travel within the Lower Mainland to meet with clients and prospects.Provide clients with quotes, product information, and recommendations based on their needs.Assist in coordinating equipment rentals and sales, working closely with the operations team.Qualifications:Previous sales experience is an asset.Knowledge or experience with heavy construction equipment is an asset but not required.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.Ability to travel within the Lower Mainland as needed.Must have a valid drivers license.Compensation and Benefits:$75K base, plus commission, $2000+ per month depending on performance.Health benefits package.Car allowance and mileage.RRSP savings plan.Paid vacation.
