Our solutions accelerate ticket resolutions, reduce repetitive tasks, and automate ticket workflows from end to end.More importantly, we dont accept 2nd place, we dont lose, we do things in one-third the time that most competent people think possible, and we expect great things from everyone within the organization, and compensate accordingly.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive at zofiQ. In this role, youll own the sales process from lead to close, helping MSPs adopt AI agents that transform their service delivery. Youll work closely with the CEO, GTM team, and engineering to convert inbound interest, run outbound plays, and turn conversations into customers. This role is based in Toronto, ON, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. We typically work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound demo requests and run high-conversion sales callsIdentify, prospect, and close new MSP accounts through outbound outreachQualify leads, manage the full sales cycle, and close new businessCollaborate with marketing to refine messaging and optimize campaignsWork directly with the CEO to improve pitch materials and outbound strategyFollow up with prospects, nurture deals, and maintain strong relationshipsUse Attio and other tools to track deals and forecast pipelineParticipate in trade shows and events to drive awareness and bookingsProvide voice-of-customer insights to product and GTM teamsHit and exceed monthly revenue targetsQualifications25 years experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling into IT, MSPs, or technical buyersProven track record of quota attainment and closing dealsExcellent communicator and strong storytelling skillsHigh comfort level with outbound prospecting and CRM toolsAbility to translate complex products into clear business valueGrit, curiosity, and adaptability in fast-moving environmentsHighly organized with strong follow-up and time managementCoachable, competitive, and obsessed with customer outcomesHumble, Hungry, Smart (in that order)You want to win more than anyone elseYou care deeply about our partners and their business outcomes
