Lead and manage our digital sales channels, including third-party delivery platforms.Responsibilities:Take full responsibility for every stage of daily store operations, including team scheduling, store setup, product preparation, customer service, cleaning, and equipment maintenanceImplementSOPsto ensure the store runs efficiently and consistently throughout all business hoursSupervise and lead staff to maintain high standards in product quality and serviceCoordinate with the headquarters team to align store operations with brand direction and growth goalsManage day-to-day operations on third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, Fantuan, DoorDash), including menu updates, pricing, and product listingsReview sales and operational data regularly to identify issues, improve processes, and drive store performanceRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in store operations management in Food & Beverage industryExperience managing online delivery platforms and promotional campaignsStrong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage staff effectivelyProficient in using POS systems and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)Excellent communication skills in English and MandarinStrong customer service mindset and attention to operational detailsBachelors degree or above
