Job Description

We are a trauma-informed private therapy practice expanding to better serve our diverse and growing client base in Moncton and across Atlantic Canada. Were looking for a warm, collaborative clinical social worker or counsellor (MSW preferred) who can offer in-person services in Moncton on a part-time, flexible/casual basis, with the option to offer virtual sessions as well.This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, a client-centered approach, and the ability to shape their own caseload, while contributing to a growing network of skilled, human first therapists. Bilingualism (English/French) is highly preferred due to demand in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual therapy to clients both in-person (Moncton office) and virtuallyManage and maintain your own clinical caseload with support from our referral systemCollaborate with the practice owner on best-fit referrals and case planningMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standardsParticipate in occasional team check-ins and professional development opportunitiesQualificationsMasters degree in Social Work (MSW preferred), Counselling, or related fieldRegistered or eligible for registration with the NBASW or another regulatory body in NBAt least 2 years of experience providing therapy or counselling servicesStrong clinical skills in one or more of the following: trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, couples workBilingual (English/French) is a strong assetComfortable using online platforms and practice management systemsAble to work independently while being part of a values-driven, supportive teamFlexible, reliable, and grounded in a client-first, de-pathologizing approachWhat We OfferFlexible hours and schedulingCompetitive ratesFully furnished office space in MonctonReferrals provided (especially for bilingual services)Clinical autonomy with collaborative supportAccess to an inclusive and growing professional network across Atlantic Canada.How to ApplyTo apply, please send your resume and a short cover letter to outlining your clinical background, availability, and interest in the role.
