Reporting to the Director of Construction, you'll be instrumental in taking construction projects from concept to completion.What You'll Be DoingThis is a dynamic, boots-on-the-ground role where no two days are the same. You'll be closely involved in construction projects through every phase, while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to bring builds to life.Key responsibilities include:Manage Development Permit and Building Permit ApplicationsReview and comment on development and construction drawingsAdminister construction purchase agreements and contractsAssemble and monitor construction schedulesCoordinate with development consultants, designers, architects and engineersVisit development sites on a regular basis to monitor construction progressProduce construction budgetsWork alongside Construction Procurement and Construction Management personnelWhat We're Looking ForExperience in construction and development management and administrationCivil and/or mechanical engineering backgroundStrong organizational, administrative, and technical drawing review skillsAbility to balance field work and office coordinationMust live in the Bow Valley or be willing to relocateWhy Work With Us?At Banff Caribou Properties, we build what we operate and operate what we build.
