We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals to join our growing company. Our team is much like our products - innovative, full of life and leaders in the marketplace. With a blend of both base salary and a commission structure, our average Product Sales Specialists earn between $80,000 to $120,000 annually. Ambitious Product Sales Specialists can earn up to $175,000 annually. Our total compensation structure includes benefits & paid vacation plus store discounts! Your Role as a Product Sales Specialist: As a Product Sales Specialist, youre highly motivated and skilled at working one-on-one with customers to provide them with an exceptional and engaging sales experience. From being the customer''s first point of contact, you will work with them to uncover their wants and needs in a premium brand spa - all the way to picking the perfect Jacuzzi for their backyard to exceptional after-sales service for many years to come. Your success is measured by your ability to excel in both a team and store-based environment as well as individual sales performance.
