Overview: Beck''s Printing Services is a leading print and marketing company dedicated to providing high-quality printed materials and innovative design solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Pre-Press and Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing design files for print production, ensuring quality and accuracy, and assisting with graphic design projects to meet the branding and marketing needs of our clients. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Pre-Press Preparation: Prepare files for print, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, and resolution. Perform file setup, proofing, and pre-flight checks to identify potential issues before printing. Graphic Design Support: Create and edit design files using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator . Collaborate with clients and the internal team to conceptualize and design marketing materials, including brochures, business cards, flyers, and banners. Ensure all designs are print-ready and meet client specifications. Quality Control: Conduct final checks on all print projects to maintain high-quality standards. Review proofs with clients for approval and make necessary adjustments. Customer Service and Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and provide updates on project progress. Address client questions and concerns regarding design and print specifications. Qualifications: Diploma in Graphic Design, Print Production, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator . Basic understanding of the print production process and file preparation. Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design and layout. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with digital pre-press workflows is an asset. Work Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM Enjoy a half-day Friday to kick-start your weekend early!
