Join our team as a Telematics Fleet Card Administrator and help keep our fleet systems running smoothly. This role is key to supporting our telematics and fleet card programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. Coordinate the distribution, activation, and replacement of standard fleet cards Provide frontline support for fleet card and telematics inquiries and troubleshooting Reconcile receipts, track data for month-end/year-end reporting, and assist with invoicing Manage inventory and coordinate shipping/installation of telematics hardware Ensure accuracy in reporting using tools like Excel and Fleet Maker At least 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel You are valued and supported with competitive pay and benefits, such as extended health coverage, dental benefits, and a personal spending account.
