Digital Advertising Specialist We''re seeking a highly motivated Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you''ll be responsible for net-new advertiser acquisition through proactive prospecting, pitching, and activation of new SMB advertisers. Utilize consultative selling to educate businesses on the value of digital advertising and help them launch their first campaigns. Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus, as is strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach. What You Get Earn a base hourly rate of $24 CAD + commission. We''ll cover the cost of your certification, which only takes 7 days to complete. This is a remote gig, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The typical schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. You''ll have the opportunity to work with a leading social media platform. Performance Metrics Activate a minimum of 20 new advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Mandatory Requirements A minimum of 2 years of validatable sales experience is required. No active contracts with other gigs while working with us. A comprehensive background check will be conducted. This is an outbound sales role, requiring consultative selling and sourcing new leads.
