Digital Advertising Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and energetic sales representative to join our team in acquiring new advertisers for our leading social media platform. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about digital advertising, love outbound sales, and want to make an impact. Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. Use consultative selling skills to educate businesses on the value of advertising and help them launch their first campaigns. Salary and Benefits This role offers a base pay of $24 CAD/hr + commission, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1 year of validatable sales experience. Strong prospecting skills and a comfort with high-volume outreach. Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus. Performance Metrics Your success will be measured by: Activating a minimum of 20 new advertisers per month. Driving an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Additional Requirements Please note that: This opportunity is open to applicants who are able to present at least 2 years of validatable sales experience. You must not have any active contract with a different gig while working for JumpCrew X. You must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check).
