MISSION As an E-commerce Graphic Designer, youll play a key role in translating our growth strategy into attractive and effective visuals for both our B2C and B2B channels. Youll work hand in hand with our Growth Marketing Specialist to optimize the user experience, improve campaign performance, and strengthen our online brand image. DESCRIPTION Visual creation for the e-commerce site: Design banners, illustrations, infographics, product visuals, and photos to enhance the appeal and conversion rate of our website. Visual optimization of the user experience (UX): Suggest visual improvements for the customer journey, product pages, and checkout process based on data and best practices. Visuals for marketing campaigns : Design impactful ads for SEM platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), social media, email marketing, and other acquisition channels. Adapting and optimizing visuals for marketplaces: Create and adapt visuals for our stores on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, in compliance with each platforms specifications. Brand consistency online: Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms by following existing brand guidelines and contributing to their evolution as needed. Customer retention and engagement materials: Create visuals for personalized emails, loyalty programs, social media posts, and other initiatives to strengthen customer relationships. Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with the Growth Marketing Specialist as well as the e-commerce, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of initiatives. Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles for e-commerce: Ability to create both visually appealing and functional designs that improve the user experience and drive conversions. Proficiency in graphic design software: Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, Premier Pro (asset), After Effects (asset).
