The Opportunity:Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Warehouse Manager, to lead warehouse operations, inventory management, demand planning, and the S&OP process. This role is key in ensuring efficient materials flow, accurate forecasting, and cross-functional alignment to meet business goals.What Youll Be Doing:Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.Drive inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and system reconciliation.Lead the S&OP process to align demand forecasts with production and capacity planning.Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and procurement teams to generate and execute reliable forecasts and schedules.Monitor inventory metrics and production performance, adjusting plans based on market and operational changes.Lead process improvements and system enhancements (ERP/APTEAN) to boost efficiency and accuracy.Analyze KPIs such as inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and on-time shipments to drive continuous improvement.Mentor and lead warehouse, planning, and materials teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.What Youll Need To Be Successful:510 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong background managing S&OP processes.Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and Microsoft OfficeEducation in business or related field; certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP or Lean Six Sigma preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
