Key Responsibilities: Deliver emergency and urgent care services for small animal patients Conduct physical exams, diagnostics, and medical treatments Perform surgeries and emergency procedures when necessary Communicate treatment plans, procedures, and costs to pet owners Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional patient care Keep accurate, up-to-date medical records for all patients Qualifications: DVM or equivalent veterinary degree Current license to practice in Ontario 2+ years of experience in veterinary medicine Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Earnings & Benefits: Competitive earnings between $130,000 $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience Full benefits package, including health, dental, and professional development allowances Opportunities for continuing education and career advancement Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration Why This Role?
