Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in good standing. 35 years of leadership experience in financial reporting, preferably within healthcare or the public sector. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for not-for-profit organizations. ### Key Responsibilities Lead the budgeting process across the organization and ensure adherence to financial controls and budget limits. Monitor purchasing activities, review contracts, and implement standardization through vendor agreements and buying groups like Mohawk Medbuy. Support internal and external stakeholders including Senior Management, government agencies such as the Ministry of Health and Ontario Health North.
