Job Title: IT Risk Management Analyst We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient IT Risk Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in data querying and analysis, coupled with the ability to transform insights into compelling visual narratives using PowerPoint and Excel. This role plays a critical part in analyzing IT risk data, identifying patterns and risks, and effectively communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with machine learning (ML) techniques and risk frameworks is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities related to IT risk managementcovering areas such as Key Risk Indicators (KRI), cybersecurity, issue tracking, audit findings, and operational risk events. - Develop clear, impactful presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel to communicate insights and strategic recommendations. - Apply data analytics and machine learning techniques to support risk evaluation and decision-making processes. - Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions to IT risk challenges. - (Preferred) Use tools like Tableau to design interactive dashboards and visualizations. - Stay abreast of developments in IT risk, data analytics, and machine learning, applying emerging trends to strengthen risk practices. Required Qualifications: - 57+ years of experience in data analytics or IT risk-related roles. - Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong skills in visual storytelling and report development. - Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating complex datasets. - Experience with analytics and machine learning methodologies. - Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. - Strong communication skills to engage and inform both technical and business audiences. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms. - Familiarity with IT risk management frameworks, standards, and best practices.
