We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our production team and help us deliver high-quality prefabricated steel wall panels and accessory metals. This key role requires experience in design-build projects and/or a deep understanding of the steel wall fabrication process for construction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise production operations and ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor production progress and identify areas for improvement. Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members. Liaise with project teams and senior leadership to ensure seamless communication. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality. Your Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in plant operations, construction, or manufacturing. Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
