Human Resources Leadership This senior HR role provides strategic leadership to shape the company''s workforce and drive business outcomes. The Director of Human Resources will partner with the leadership team to anticipate staffing needs, develop organizational development plans, and oversee key people programs. Strategic Partnership The Director will collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address staffing needs, driving business success through informed HR decisions. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company''s overall goals and priorities, while ensuring effective use of resources. Workforce Planning & Development (20%) Employee Engagement & Well-being (30%) Compensation & Benefits Strategy (20%) Compliance & Governance (10%) HR Operations & Support (20%) The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compensation strategies, as well as exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor''s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a management role. CHRP or CHRL certification is preferred. The salary range for this position is $160,000-$180,000, commensurate with education and experience.
