Location: Sarnia, ON (Must be located near the Sarnia office) Duration: 1 year (with possibility of extension) Suggested Pay Rate (T4): $49.15   Suggested Pay Rate (IC): $59.40 Safety Sensitive Role: Yes – D&A Test + Drivers Abstract Required Role Overview The E&M Planner III is responsible for preparing and planning maintenance work to ensure smooth execution by Supervisors. This includes job planning, labor estimation, material procurement, and managing Maximo work orders. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams and contractors, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities Monitor and create Maximo work orders Estimate labor hours and required skills Coordinate with Supervisors, Engineers, and Technicians Conduct field walk-downs and safety assessments Requisition materials and services; manage Oracle receipts Lead weekly planning/scheduling meetings Maintain and update technical documentation Ensure PM compliance and recommend job plan improvements Qualifications Required: 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education High School Diploma or GED Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Preferred: Experience with Maximo, COPAS, and Oracle Ability to read P&ID, Isometric drawings, and OEM manuals Knowledge of oil/gas pipeline operations Working Conditions Office (60%) / Field (40%) Occasional long hours, nights, weekends, and emergency travel Exposure to extreme temperatures and high-noise environments Travel: 50–100 KM daily between stations If this is a role that interests you and youd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
