The ideal candidate will manage several responsibilities, helping to keep departments running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support : Wellness Incentive Reimbursement: Oversee the tracking and processing of employee wellness incentive reimbursements. Data entry and database management Other administrative tasks assigned. Human Resources and Employee Relations : Medical Note and Employee Return Tracking: Manage employee medical note records and track employees returning from leave of absence, ensuring proper documentation and procedures. Job Postings: Help create, post, and monitor job advertisements to attract qualified candidates. Parent Concerns: Serve as a liaison for parents'' concerns to document and connect with the Associate Superintendent. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Google Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
