The Perks: $ competitive compensation benefits pension growth potential The Role: Accountable for manufacturing metrics for the shift manage shop floor performance conduct required audits; SOP, safety, 5S, process, etc conduct regular employee communication meetings; track employee training ensure process flow and reduce bottlenecks manage staff training and discipline prevent nonconformity relating to process and quality  system; record issues, provide solutions You Bring: post secondary education - mechanical engineering technologist an asset experience supervising  in a unionized environment Automotive experience highly desirable previous shift work experience Shift: 12 hr continental rotating shifts: 36hrs one week, 48 hours second week Rotation of days 7:30-am-7pm to nights 7:30pm-7:30am BIWEEKLY
