Job Details: Position: Mechanical Engineer Location: Kitchener & London, ON Position Type: Fulltime, ON (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with design and project leads on conceptual designs and redline meetings Prepare and review design briefs, specs, and equipment costs Conduct engineering reviews, ensure code compliance, and seal documents Provide construction support, site reviews, and project verification Communicate with stakeholders and provide mentorship to team members Support continuous improvement of mechanical design standards Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical Engineering and P.Eng (Ontario) 5+ years in mechanical design (HVAC & Plumbing), preferably in multi-residential projects Strong knowledge of OBC, CSA, ASHRAE codes and standards Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; excellent communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects
