About Us: Were a fast-growing software provider that helps Division 8 professionals configure, price and procure frames, doors and architectural hardware in minutes instead of hours. Role Overview: You will own the day-to-day machinery of our sales organization. That means spotless data, disciplined processes, rapid turnaround on quotes and clear insights that link sales activity to financial results. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity and customer data in the CRM; streamline quote-to-cash cycle times. Design and deliver onboarding and skills training for new and existing reps (in partnership with a peer trainer). Ad-hoc customer support as required assisting customers with product and operational issues. Provide rapid estimating support to project teams with defined SLAs and sub-one-day turnaround for standard requests. Prepare monthly sales KPI dashboards, variance analyses and quota-progress reports with Finance. Troubleshoot and improve integrations between sales tools, ERP and BI platforms; write light SQL or ad-hoc queries as needed. Required Experience & Skills 3+ years managing Division 8 projects (doors, frames, hardware take-offs, submittals, change orders). 12 years in software sales, sales ops or revenue-operations roles; understands SaaS metrics. Ability to map data flows, work with basic APIs and build reports in Excel / Sheets or BI tools. Track record of creating repeatable, scalable processes. Clear communicator who can translate between sales, finance and IT stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Experience coaching or enabling sales teams. Exposure to pricing strategy or margin analysis. Advanced spreadsheet skills and basic financial-modeling comfort.
