What Youll Do Talent Acquisition : Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in roles such as forklift operators, machine operators, and general labor positions. Candidate Experience : Build and manage strong candidate pipelines. Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process. Job Marketing : Craft compelling job ads and distribute them across leading job boards, social media platforms, and internal networks. Onboarding Support : Guide successful candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with employment standards and company policies. Data & Reporting : Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, job placements, and recruitment activities using internal systems. Market Intelligence : Monitor hiring trends, labor market shifts, and emerging sourcing techniques to continuously refine recruitment strategies.
