We''''re ISO 9001 certified and follow lean manufacturing practices. Job Summary: We''''re hiring an Account Manager to maintain some of our existing accounts and develop new business with-in them. This roll is based in Winnipeg, MB or surrounding area, working from home office or in plant in Winkler, MB and will include weekly in-plant meetings. Position may require travel 12 weeks per month including domestic and international. Youll report to the VP Sales & Marketing while working closely with operations, engineering, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a customer portfolio Follow ISO and lean processes Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams Provide solutions through proactive, consultative selling Handle pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting What Were Looking For: Proven B2B sales experience in manufacturing or OEM sectors Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented Willingness to travel and manage territory independently Technical aptitude and curiosity about plastic manufacturing Needs to be proficient in Microsoft office and computer skills Valid drivers license Valid Canadian Passport Preferred (Not Required): Degree or diploma in Business/Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience Experience in plastics/OEM/industrial distribution Familiarity with territory management Compensation & Perks: Salary: $60,000$80,000 + bonuses + profit sharing- TBD Benefits: Medical, dental, Life insurance, LTD, wellness program Compensation for home office supplies, mileage, and company-paid car rentals for travel Laptop provided with phone, and internet allowances.
