Job Description

Were seeking a professional Sales representative to lead and expand our North American market, specifically for relays(photovoltaic relays, automotive/low voltage relays, HVDC relays/contactors), CT/PT transformers, and through-hole chokes in the new energy(solar, energy storage & charging) and automotive industries. Success in this role means consistently meeting quarterly sales targets while developing and executing short-, mid, and longterm market strategies. This includes identifying and partnering with reliable, highintegrity representatives and distributors. Youll stay closely attuned to shifts in North American endmarket demand and competitive dynamics and travel frequently to build strong customer relationships. Youll report directly to our VP of Global Sales and play a pivotal role in shaping gotomarket strategy as we scale. Responsibilities -Develop and execute territory sales plans and forecasts for relays, CT/PT transformers, and throughhole chokes. -Demonstrate an eagerness to learn new products and stay current with emerging technologies(such as company software, AI, etc.). -Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with new partners, such as representatives and distributors. -Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting, technical presentations, proposal development, product testing, negotiation, and closing. -Build and nurture longterm relationships through frequent onsite visits and virtual meetings. -Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure product fit, timely delivery, and superior customer support. -Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and enduser requirements to inform strategy. Qualifications -5+ years of B2B sales experience selling relays, CT/PT transformers, throughhole chokes, or related components in North America. -Experienced with the new energy(solar, energy storage & charging) and automotive industries. -Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets in technical markets (solar, energy storage, charging, automotive). -Proven ability to develop gotomarket strategies and cultivate channel partnerships. -Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and adaptability to shifting market conditions. -Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Physics, or a related field.
