Our Team: Join 4 Hematology/Oncology physicians, 1 Radiation Oncologist, 2 CNPs, and a dynamic support team Primarily Oncology practice with a small amount of Hematology 4.5 day workweek Spend 2.5-3 days in Quincy and 1.5-2 days in outreach; clinics are within 45 minutes of main campus State-of-the-art Cancer Institute with infusion center, clinical trials, and leading-edge treatment technology Call 1:5 weeks Epic EHR We Offer: Unlimited earning potential, with physicians earning up to $1.2 million annually Eligible for shareholder status and ASC ownership in just 1 year, no buy-in required and zero downside risk 401k with match (100% vested day one) plus profit sharing Eligible for sign-on, relocation, loan forgiveness, and other bonuses $2,500 CME allowance plus license and certification renewals Up to 6 weeks'' paid time off and 6 paid holidays The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $500,000-$600,000 depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus, equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $600,000 - $1,000,000+.
