We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Manager to oversee all resort operations, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role involves strategic planning, leadership, and close collaboration with Owners and Board Members. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Resort Operations Process and submit payroll Hold regular meetings with department heads; manage all departments; handle guest complaints; perform tasks across departments as needed Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and service standards Lead property issues, including capital projects and refurbishment Handle complaints and oversee service recovery Manage budgets, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets; develop strategic plans and cost-saving initiatives Make decisions in the best interest of the resort and management Understand P&L statements and react with impactful strategies Prepare financial reports for Owners and Board Provide leadership to resort team members Respond to audits and ensure operational quality and legal compliance Travel as needed for offsite training and new business transitions Note: Responsibilities may vary by location; an official job description will be provided on the first day.
