As an incoming Family Medicine Physician , you will inherit a full and established, all ages/full spectrum patient panel from a retiring provider, which will make it very easy to quickly build a full practice. Benefit Highlights: Compensation: 1st year salary guarantee $250K + wRVU production incentive 4 day workweek Signing bonus/Relocation/Loan repayment assistance Comprehensive Benefits Package (health, life, vision, dental) PTO, CME, 401K / Roth Program Paid malpractice insurance, licensure, DEA, Tail Physician autonomy with strong admin & group support Light, shared call (no hospital call) Minimum Qualifications Required Qualifications & Abilities: Highly-engaged MD/DO physician Board Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Internal or Family Medicine Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices Excellent oral and written communication skills Respect for patient''s confidentiality Compassionate and approachable Responsible and trustworthy Attend work regularly and on time About Us Northwest Medical Associates joined the Praxis Health family of medical clinics in January 2022.
