Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Drive Results Work closely with our Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation strategies, drive community launch campaigns, and coordinate immersive sales events. Youll also support buyers through the design and selections process , ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish. What Youll Do: Represent Fusion Homes as the first point of contact in Presentation Centres and Model Homes. Generate leads and build strong, lasting relationships with customers and realtors. Guide buyers through the homebuying and design journey with professionalism and empathy. Achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering a top-tier customer experience. Prepare and present all documentation (e.g., Purchase & Sale Agreements, Amendments) with precision. Ensure Presentation Centres and Model Homes are always presentation-ready. Maintain accurate CRM tracking and produce weekly sales reports. Facilitate the selections process for finishes and upgrades across low-rise, stacked, and high-rise communities. Attend weekly Sales & Marketing meetings at our Guelph Head Office. What You Bring: Proven experience in professional sales with a strong record of building trust and delivering results.
