We are looking for a Human Resources Consultant to join our People Advisory service line where we support clients with customized, practical human resources solutions that help organizations grow and succeed. In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of external clients, providing both ongoing and project-based HR consulting services tailored to each organizations unique needs. This position is based ideally from one of our Southwestern Ontario offices (Barrie, Kitchener, Guelph, London) and offers hybrid flexibility, with an expectation of being in the office three days per week. Deliver high quality work and excellent HR Consulting services to our clients with respect to full scale HR including and not limited to operational HR support, policy review and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation review and analysis (creating wage grids), provide health and safety support and legislative documentation Assist in the development and provision of training to clients as required Track expenses and time against project budgets Develop and prepare materials for external workshops, speaking engagements, and HR communications Demonstrate strong technical and professional knowledge and continuously strive to learn and develop Flexibility and ability to travel locally to client sites as needed clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high-quality work You share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains & attracts talent You actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace You grow your expertise through learning and professional development.
