Have you got experience working within a food manufacturing environment? Have you got management experience working for a food manufacturer? This award-winning manufacturer operates in the FMCG industry where they supply food solutions to the retail and food service sectors. They have excellent reputation within the industry and are known to look after their staff. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to join their expert team. In this role you will report to Plant Manager, and you will have 4 direct reports. You will oversee all production onsite, be responsible for training and growing your team and you will manage budgets for this site. This role would ideally suit a Production Manager who has worked for a food manufacturer, where you will manage a team of experts, whilst working in a technically challenging role.
