The Human Resources Supervisor plays a vital role in implementing corporate policies related to human resources, organizational design, and talent management strategies. About the Role This position provides guidance and advice on personnel issues to facility supervision. Ensures regulatory compliance by staying up-to-date on recent Federal, Provincial, and case law changes. Acts as an active and available resource for employees, supervisors, and managers addressing employee relations issues in a professional and timely manner. Main Responsibilities: - Provide facility supervision with advice and counsel on personnel issues; - Ensure regulatory compliance; - Stay current on recent Federal, Provincial, and case law changes and monitor labor law updates for changes that affect Human Resources; - Be an active and available resource for all employees, supervisors, and managers addressing all employee relations issues in a professional and timely manner. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor''s degree or Diploma in a related field is required; - Experience in a Unionized environment considered an asset; - 1-3 years'' experience in meat processing or other manufacturing/industrial setting is preferred; - Communication/public relations skills required; - Ability to work in SPLIT SHIFT, SHIFT ROTATION, and WEEKENDS if required.
