Administrative Assistant Opportunity A top employer in Dartmouth, NS is seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide administrative support for the proper functioning of the department. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of administrative duties requiring a good working knowledge of standard methods and established procedures. Provide administrative support for the reception area, including answering calls, assisting with inventory, equipment, purchases, maintenance, reservations, etc. Answer the telephone and give information to callers, or route calls to the appropriate staff and place outgoing calls. Integrate new employees by closing files of departing employees and treating all information and all files as strictly confidential. Requirements: Must have over 1 year of experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Administrator. Must have excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills. Must be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Work Details: This will be a fully on-site role at the client''s location. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am or 9 am start (35 hours a week). One-month contract to start with potential for an extension or to go permanent. Benefits: Hourly compensation between $20 to $22 per hour.
