Role: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist Length: 3 Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Permanent)Location: Brampton (4 Days on-site)Rate: $38-42/hourYour new company Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a leading retailer in Toronto, ON. We are currently hiring a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 3 Month Contract basis, which has the possibility of extension of permanent. This candidate will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.Your new role Responsible for handling the full-cycle recruitment process, helping our stores fill critical part and full time roles. In this role you will continually partner with clients to build and implement recruitment tactics which meet the business needs to fill open positions efficiently, through sourcing and selecting top talent Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.Leverage social media, job boards, networking, and other creative channels to build talent pipelines.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices and candidate evaluation.Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights and recruitment expertise.Facilitate the offer process including negotiations and background checks.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Workday (ATS) throughout the recruitment lifecycle.What you'll need to succeed 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environmentPost-secondary education in Human Resources or a related fieldStrong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment techniquesBilingualism in English/French is requiredExcellent experience handling a large volume of requisitions Experience using an ATS (Workday preferred)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational skills
