This full-time, in-office position offers an exciting opportunity to lead recruitment initiatives and support workforce growth in a fast-paced, operational environment.About the RoleReporting directly to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments. This includes developing sourcing strategies, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers and onboarding. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can build strong candidate pipelines and partner effectively with hiring managers.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts from job posting to onboarding.Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions.Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.Prepare offer letters and facilitate pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation.Maintain and update ATS/HRIS systems with applicant and employee data.Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and networking events.Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with applicable legislation and company policies.Translate or review bilingual recruitment materials and communications (English/French).Qualifications:Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.24 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in transportation, logistics, or industrial environments.Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.Experience using ATS/HRIS platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.CHRP designation or progress toward certification is an asset.Why Join:This is an excellent opportunity to specialize in recruitment and play a strategic role in building high-performing teams across a respected, industry-leading organization.
