As Corporate Health Advisor, Advisor/Broker Partnerships, you'll be tasked with establishing and nurturing a network of brokers and consultants across Canada. The ideal candidate will bring direct experience in the Canadian broker sector, along with strong channel MarComms skills. Each partnership you build and every deal you close brings us closer to our global mission of caring for patients.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Identifying and leading opportunities to increase awareness of the ways Cleveland Clinic Canada can help within the consultant/broker communityCultivating new broker relationships and influencing their decision-making processesLeading lead generation efforts to secure new business with organizations through brokers and consultantsBuilding strategic relationships with key contacts in our target market, including Canadian benefits and HR consultantsManaging the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and identifying opportunities to negotiation, closing, launching, and smoothly transitioning the relationship over to the Account Management teamProject management of program/service launches for clients. The ideal candidate will have project management experience where they have been the lead on the launch, designing launch plans and communications plans, while effectively communicating details between all involved stakeholdersDeveloping and maintaining a robust pipeline of new business opportunities to ensure sales targets are metUsing CRM software to track and manage the sales processCollaborating closely with internal stakeholders to grow external relationships, including marketing, operations, clinical operations, and legalAct as an advocate within Cleveland Clinic to support the client/patient should challenges in service deliver ariseDevelop strategic account plans and prepare/maintain weekly sales funnelDevelop strategic account plans and business plansStrong legal acumen required to manage contract negotiationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Over 5 years of hands-on experience working with consultants/brokers within the health and wellness industry, and a proven history of success in complex B2B or solution salesIn-depth knowledge of virtual care, employee health and wellnessConsistent history of meeting and exceeding annual quotas of $2M+ in new revenueExpertise in building influential relationships across all organizational levelsStrong business acumen and organizational skills, with a strategic approach to managing client relationshipsSelf-motivated in generating pipeline opportunities and driving business developmentA proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and excel in fast-paced environmentsExperience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms for data-driven decision-makingWillingness to travel within the designated region(s) as requiredStrong legal acumen with the ability to take the lead on contract negotiations with internal legal counselStrong project management is a requirement the successful candidate must be able to speak to successful product/service launches they have led with clientsRequired Professional Designation/Certification:College diploma or university degree or equivalent experienceProfessional Sales certification(s) or training is a strong assetCleveland Clinic Canada is proud to be in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005 and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.
