The OpportunityTIPI-IMI Insurance Partners is searching for our next Pension and Benefits Account Executive to join our team in the Alberta region! Our Account Executives are natural problem solvers, great with people and are trusted resources for our clients. They work within a designated region to source and secure new business, while maintaining relationships, educating and assisting current clients.Job Duties and TasksBusiness DevelopmentGenerate new business, working with the Producer team to develop new opportunitiesCultivate relationships in both Community and mainstream businessCollaborate with Business Development of other TIPI entities to cross sell products to existing TIPI Group clientsPresent and educate on Benefits and PensionMonitor client satisfaction to maintain business relationshipsClient ServiceAssist plan administrators, business leaders and internal client service representatives in complex questions or situationsPresent renewals and TIPI Pension/ Benefit productsProvide knowledge and guidance to plan decision makersAdvocate for client interestsYour SkillsEffective CommunicatorHighly knowledgeable of Indigenous Culture and CommunitiesKnowledge of Insurance MarketsService Oriented & Highly OrganizedYour Ideal QualificationsYou are a people person, and love creating valueYou take pride in the small things that create a big impactYou ideally have 3 or more years working in Pension and BenefitsYou have a Life, Accident & Sickness Insurance License from the Alberta Insurance CouncilAs an Indigenous owned organization, we strive to create a welcoming environment for all, and to continue creating opportunities for Indigenous persons within our industries.
