This is a full-time, in-office role based in Surrey, BC, with regular outside sales/client visits. We're seeking someone with at least 1 year of Logistics/ Transport experience whos eager to grow within a collaborative, high-energy logistics environment. ResponsibilitiesGenerate appointments through proactive outbound prospectingCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new business opportunitiesDemonstrate strong selling and influencing skills and help others do the sameQualificationsHigh school diploma1+ years' of experience in the Logistics / Transportation sector Strong communication and time management skillsFluent in English (spoken and written) with strong interpersonal communication skillsComfortable with cold calling, in-person client visits, and building new relationshipsOrganized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with solid problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plusAble to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environmentMust have a valid drivers license Must live in the Greater Vancouver area Compensation & Benefits$60,000 $80,000 base salary, based on experienceMonthly commission/bonus structureMedical and dental benefitsAnnual salary reviews based on performance and contributionTeam events and company socials throughout the yearOpportunity for professional development within a growing logistics company2 Weeks annual vacation - Accrued5 Sick days per year Why Join Us?
