SUMMARY The Director of Sales, National and Strategic Accounts, is accountable for managing and expanding our critical dealer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for the attainment of corporate goals by developing and maintaining professional relationships, soliciting new business and delivering customized solutions that align with the clients needs and corporate strategic objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the company.Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise-level accounts.Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning with key stakeholders.Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical product development, customer service) to deliver solutions that meet the clients expectations.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.Manage National Account and OEM programs and pricing to ensure seamless EDI transmissions.Monitor and submit Government tenders in a timely matter.Troubleshoot and resolve National Account OEM pricing and program issues.Monitor the account performance metrics and report on KPIs.Stay current on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.Develop and work with sales to maintain strong business relationships with NA and retail network.Create strategic initiatives and sales programs to stimulate growth within the business channel.Stay up-to date on industry and vehicle trends to help forecast future demand.Plan, develop and present seminars to the corporate clients and their retail banner network. Train and assist Regional Sales Managers in developing and maintaining account support.Obtain and share market intelligence and competitor information.Provide accurate information regarding Toyo and Nitto product performance vs. competition and help identify new product needs for both brands.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
