With the support of People & Culture Leaders, this role partners with leaders across the business to support the delivery of people initiatives, process improvements, and talent solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce capability in the Saskatchewan office. While 50% of this persons time will be focused on Saskatchewan, the other 50% will support the People & Culture Managers on day-to-day people functions across other regions.
