Position Summary Acuren is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Canada team! The Accountant will support the accounting functions of all entities. This is an in-office role based in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Responsibilities Posting journal entries Bank reconciliations Reconciliation of intercompany accounts Reconciliation of the per diem program Accounts payable support Manage credit card program Monthly preparation of financial reports as needed Requirements University or post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on Accounting Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel Resourceful with strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of accounting systems; experience with SAGE is a plus Detail-oriented Benefits The strength of Acuren lies in its outstanding people.
