What We Offer $18/hour pay Morning/Day shifts (No Nights or Weekends) Flexible Schedule, Monday through Thursday mornings/days What You''ll Do Perform resets and relinesreading and executing planograms with all items tagged. Tag, rotate, and place products on shelves, including adjusting shelf heights and movement. Build and maintain relationships with SAS Retail Services management, store management, and assigned merchandisers. Report reset execution and work hours electronically and in a timely manner. Requirements Reliable transportation to multiple local locations. Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfort with smartphone technology. Prior experience in grocery or big box retail merchandising preferred. Planogram experience is a plustraining available. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Position Summary The Merchandiser Retail Team Lead manages merchandising activities, including resetting products at retail stores to meet customer and client expectations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Reset Activity & Shelf Conditions: Implement approved schematics/planograms/MODs with all items tagged/approved by store management. Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with Advantage Solutions management and store personnel. Administration & Reporting: Complete accurate, timely reports, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports via web-based systems. Supervisory Responsibilities This role does not involve supervisory or mentoring responsibilities for any direct or indirect reports. Travel & Driving Requirements Travel and driving up to 20% are essential duties of this role. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Experience: 0-2 years in retail, CPG, or merchandising at retail accounts within an assigned territory. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Previous retail experience. Strong self-management skills. Ability to perform daily responsibilities independently. Good judgment and respectful communication. Focus on resetting Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) at various retail locations. Environmental & Physical Requirements Work performed mainly in retail store environments, requiring physical activity such as standing for long periods, lifting/pushing up to 35 kg (about 77 lbs), and working in cold conditions (refrigerated/freezer sections).
