We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Agricultural Sales Representative to join our outstanding sales team. As an Agricultural Sales Representative, you will play an integral role in managing the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to final sale and everything in between. Your role will include performing product demonstrations, conducting equipment break-ins with customers, collecting valuable feedback, and ensuring a smooth and efficient purchasing experience for clients. To succeed in this role, you must be genuinely passionate about agriculture, have a strong desire to continuously expand your product knowledge, and possess a knack for spotting market trends. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, collaborate with team members, and inspire confidence in clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Engage potential clients, including farmers and agribusinesses, presenting and selling agricultural equipment. Build a strong sales pipeline and offer tailored solutions to meet client needs. Develop long-term customer relationships by offering exceptional service, resolving issues, and recommending new products when needed. Product Demonstrations & Support: Lead product demos, provide hands-on training, and collaborate with technical teams to solve product-related issues. Networking & Industry Engagement: Represent AgZone at agricultural events, build industry partnerships, and stay up-to-date on sector developments. Work towards sales goals, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain professionalism in all sales activities. Qualifications & Skills: Education: High School Diploma (Agriculture or Business Degree Preferred). Experience: 2-3 years in agricultural sales with a proven track record. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Knowledge of agricultural products and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
