About the Role - All Insurance Ltd is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join one of our busy commerical lines teams that specialize in transportation. Responsibilities Providing customer service over the phone, by email, and in person. Processing documents. Creating certificates and pink cards. Maintaining client files within the broker management system (Applied Epic). Reviewing renewals. Other duties as required. Qualifications A valid Level 1 Insurance License in Alberta is required. A valid Level 2 Insurance License in Alberta is an asset. Required Skills Previous work experience with an insurance broker/company in a commercial service role is required. The successful candidate will be required to pass the Level 2 license exam within 12 months of date of hire. Time and workload management Customer service Ability to work effectively on a team and individually Previous use of insurance company portals Phone and email etiquette Training will be provided as required.
