The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM and web development, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.You will be spearheading efforts to improve team collaboration and act as a bridge between the US and India-based teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across time zones.Our team focuses on increasing our ability to move quickly, solving challenging marketing initiatives, and pushing the envelope of value provided to prospects and customers visiting our corporate website Your work will impact Moveworks' brand presence and will clearly communicate what challenges we solve for our customers, in deep collaboration with other functions within Moveworks.What You Will DoSpearhead the development of the existing MarTech stack anchored by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Contribute to the long-term and short term development roadmap planning against web marketing priorities and company targetsParticipate in the full development lifecycle: from estimation, design, development, testing, to deployment, quality assurance and testingBuild, test, and implement custom components, templates, workflows, multi-site management and integrations using AEMProvide regular maintenance of the content management system (CMS) including infrastructure updates combined with security fixes on a quarterly basisResponse for security / failure / unpack event and other application issuesLead the integration and optimization of new CMS features and third-party tools to enhance lead generation capability.Collaborate closely with cross-functional (XFN) partners such as web marketing and brand team to create enterprise level UX on moveworks.com for improved conversionWhat You Bring To The Table4-5 years of web development experience with 2+ years of experience in AEM (AEMaaCS preferred)Candidates should have implemented at least 2 full cycle AEM projectsSolid experience with AEM building blocks Java Content Repository, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows, Dynamic MediaStrong Java skillsMust have experience in Unix OS to troubleshoot application issues, certificate issues, performance issuesShould have strong experience of AEM setup /configuration, caching and performance optimizationExperience in writing AEM Dispatcher rules as well as having hands-on experience with Apache Web Server/Nginx redirection and other relevant modulesIn-depth knowledge of web accessibility and SEO best practicesExperience integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEMExperience with integrating Adobe Target is not required, but consider it a huge plusExperience working with geographically separate project and engineering teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
